Yes, residents of Harbour Hotel Southampton receive complimentary spa access throughout their stay, from check-in to check-out. You do not need to book a time slot to visit.

Can residents at the hotel use the spa?

Guests of the HarSPA &amp; Club receive three hours free parking in our hotel car park.
 Spaces are limited and cannot be guaranteed or pre-booked. If there are no spaces available, we can direct you to parking just a few minutes' walk away.&nbsp;

Do you have parking?

Enjoy four hours' spa access for £45 Monday to Thursday, and £50 Friday to Sunday, subject to availability. This includes the use of lockers, towels, robe &amp; slippers. Exclusion times may apply.

Do you sell day passes?

Children (under 18 years) are welcome to use the swimming pool and relaxation areas from 8.30am to 10.30am and 5pm to 6pm daily, when accompanied by an adult. Children are not permitted to use the sauna, steam room, hydrotherapy pool, mud rasul, or gym at any time. Our spa treatment menu is only available for guests aged 18 and over.

Can children use the spa?

Yes. We have lifts to our first-floor changing rooms, treatment rooms and the gym. We also have steps to allow access to the pool and hydrotherapy pool, and a changing room on the ground floor.
