The Good Spa Guide
The hotel’s luxury spa features seven treatment rooms, a lap pool, hydrotherapy pool, mud rasul, sauna, and steam room. To ease the return path to normal life, there’s an indoor and outdoor relaxation area, and a well-being juice bar and café.
To complement our own exclusive HarSPA product range, we have partnered with leading luxury spa brand ESPA to bring you only the highest quality spa treatments, administered by specially-trained therapists.
ESPA and HarSPA both combine holistic therapies with modern-day techniques to create unique treatments, using only the purest natural ingredients. The result: beautiful skin, relaxed muscles and a renewed sense of inner calm.
If you’re not sure which treatment is best for you, our therapists will be happy to help with assessments and then recommend the right treatment for your preferences and skin requirements.
HarSPA Southampton is one of only two spas in our group to offer our exclusive ‘mud rasul’, using self-applied mineral-rich mud, heat and steam for invigorating exfoliation and an exquisite deep cleanse.
Spa and gym facilities are free for all hotel residents. Non-residents must pay £30 Monday-Thursday or £40 Friday-Sunday to use the facilities. Exclusion times may apply. The HarSpa offers a limited number of memberships which allow non-guests unlimited access to the spa and gym.
Shape up, feel great
For cardio-lovers, the state-of-the-art gym includes running machines, cross-trainers and bikes. For weight trainers, there’s a wide selection of multi-exercise weight machines and free weights.
The gym also offers a range of great classes (see timetable below) and personal training instruction (advanced booking required, charges apply). Classes are complimentary to all hotel residents and HarSPA Members. If you wish to come along for just a one off class you can do this for just £10 per class.
