When you feel like your workouts need a little more of a push, our HarSPA members can take advantage of private sessions with one of our personal trainers. Sessions can be used with any of our personal trainers and you must be a member to sign up. 

Our prices are:

  • 10 60 minute sessions for £425
  • 20 60 minute sessions for £725
  • 30 60 minute sessions for £975

Hazel

  • Teaches yoga
  • Hazel is a qualified yoga instructor, passionate about movement for physical and mental wellbeing. In addition to yoga, she also enjoys weight training.
  • During her time as a secondary school teacher, yoga became a vital part of her week, a time to simply melt into movement and relax. Her sessions offer a space to explore the mind as well as physical movement and connection, focusing on your breath.

Gemma

  • Teaches Pilates
  • Gemma has worked as a professional dancer for the last 10 years, using Pilates to maintain and improve her technique on and off stage. Four years ago she gained her level 3 Mat qualification and is now continuing her training with Pilates elite Alan Herdman, specialising in rehabilitation, injury prevention and Pilates equipment.
  • Gemma believes that movement is the most valuable tool we have to help maintain a healthy lifestyle. Her ethos is to help you fall in love with mindful movement, thinking about what you're moving and why, whether your goal is to being able to bend enough to put on your shoes, smash five HIIT classes a week or just get away from your desk for 45 minutes.

Glen

  • Personal Training
  • Glen believes in a healthy, active lifestyle, having been a personal trainer since 2008. He creates goal specific workout plans and sessions for clients looking to lose weight, tone up or gain muscle.
  • He also specialises in creating safe and effective workout plans to aid people with lower back pain, patients who are in exercise referral programmes and to rehabilitate after injury or operations. He uses his own personal experience as he has himself recovered from a stroke, having to rebuild his muscular strength, coordination and cardio fitness.

Mirka

  • Teaches yoga
  • Mirolyuba teaches Hatha Vinyasa yoga and is inspired by the simplicity and depth of practice, making her classes accessible to absolutely everyone. She focuses on bringing the body and breath together in synchronisation, guiding students to gently find their edges and work with them lovingly and patiently.
  • A big part of her practice is Pranayama and she teaches various breath techniques that are designed to energise, awaken and calm the nervous system down. She aims to empower students and to create a safe, open environment where everyone is welcome and free to express themselves.

Curtis

  • Personal Training
  • Curtis is a passionate student of Fitness and Personal Training at Solent University and has extensive knowledge of the fitness industry. He excels in helping others, not only to achieve their fitness goals but also mentally and outside of training, always aiming to look after the client inside and outside of the gym.
  • Curtis has worked with children, with those who have disabilities and pregnant women. Curtis believes that physical fitness is a way of life.

James

  • Personal Training
  • James is a qualified personal trainer and fitness coach, passionate about helping people achieve their fitness goals and become the healthiest, happiest version of themselves. With over 20 years' of personal fitness experience, he is accredited with CIMSPA and has specialist qualifications to work with clients with lower back pain, other medical conditions and those who have been referred to an exercise professional by their GP.
  • He believes that each client is unique and therefore so is their session. Clients are provided with personalised planned sessions that are positive, energetic and will push them to reach their goals.

Rebecca

  • Personal Training
  • Rebecca has been in the fitness industry for over 15 years. She specialises in female fitness, weight loss and weightlifting. If you are looking for someone to support you with weight loss, muscle gain or to improve your fitness, Rebecca is your trainer.
  • She believes in continually learning and improving her teaching ability and making women feel more confident and empowered in and out of the gym. She keeps her training simple and easy to follow so that you can be consistent and achieve your goals.

Jessica

  • Personal Training
  • Jessica has a real passion for fitness. She brings a wealth of knowledge to her training sessions and believes that all clients deserve a bespoke style to reach their goals. Fitness is one of the best method of wellbeing and is so much more than a physical act.
  • She will push you to tune into your mental ability and reach much further than your mind has ever let you achieve before.
