We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and cash payments. Bank transfers are also accepted, if payment is received two weeks prior to your stay.
Yes, we have ground level entrances and lifts throughout the hotel. We also offer accessible rooms with wetroom style bathrooms and grabrails. Please note, there are some steps when accessing the Spa facilities.
For the comfort of all guests, we don’t allow any pets to stay in the hotel with the exception of service dogs.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, we do not allow smoking or vaping in any part of the hotel, including bedrooms. There are designated smoking areas outside which can be advised by our reception team.
No, the bedrooms do not have air conditioning.

Residents of the hotel are able to use our kayaks and paddleboards when checked into the hotel. Use of the equipment is complimentary and on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please speak with the Reception team when you are at the hotel to check tide times & availability.
Please note, our watersports equipment is not available from 21st September - 21st March.
