Within the spa, there is; a heated swimming pool, hydrotherapy pool, steam room, sauna, mud rasul, relaxation areas, a fully equipped gym, several treatment rooms and a well-being juice bar & café.

• Monday to Friday: 6am to 10pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 7am to 9pm

Guests are welcome to use the majority of our spa facilities whilst checked into the hotel, free of charge, without booking a time. 

Use of the spa facilities for non-guests is subject to availability on the day. Non-guests must pay £40 Monday-Thursday to use the facilities; this includes use of lockers, towels, robe & slippers. Exclusion times may apply.

Please note, that to pay by Amex, you will need to contact the spa directly. Online Amex payments are not accepted. 

Please ensure you arrive in plenty of time (at least 15 minutes before your treatment); late arrivals may result in your treatment time being reduced or in some cases cancelled, with the full cost being charged.

It's essential that you advise us of any medical conditions and allergies you may have prior to arrival and receiving your spa treatment(s) so that we can make sure they are suitable for you. Please don’t hesitate to ask for our advice when you make your booking.

Children (under 18yrs) are welcome to use the swimming pool and relaxation areas within the spa from 8.30am to 10.30am and 5pm to 6pm daily, when accompanied by an adult. Children are not permitted to use the sauna, steam room, hydrotherapy pool, mud rasul, or gym at any time.

Our spa treatment menu is only available for guests aged 18 and over.

The HarSPA offers a limited number of memberships which allow non-guests unlimited access to the spa and gym, as well as exclusive benefits such as discounts on treatments, social events, and complimentary classes.
