We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and cash payments. Bank transfers are also accepted, if payment is received two weeks prior to your stay.
Unfortunately, due to the age of the building, the hotel is not accessible. However, we do have rooms with walk in showers which are accessible by lift.
If you require a more accessible room, please contact our reservations or reception teams, who can recccommend the best room for your stay.
Contact UsYes, we have specific rooms that dogs can stay in. Please contact the reservations team to check availability for this. You're welcome to take your dog on the terrace, but we ask that you keep them on a lead. Please note that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, bar, lounge areas or other public areas, with the exception of service dogs. There is a charge of £20 per night, per dog (this charge does not apply to service dogs).
No other pets are permitted.
For the comfort and safety of all guests, we do not allow smoking or vaping in any part of the hotel, including bedrooms. There are designated smoking areas outside which can be advised by our reception team.
No, the bedrooms do not have air conditioning.
