The Jetty is our prized restaurant concept. With menus designed by our Chef Patron Alex Aitken, putting a ‘fresh, seasonal and local’ philosophy at its core, the Jetty has since appeared at many of our coastal hotels. But it all started here.
Our Mudeford, Christchurch venue was the first to feature the Jetty – an ideal location to ensure fresh seafood is on the menu every day! Mudeford Quay provides a bounty of oysters, shrimp, lobster and fish for you to enjoy while surrounded by wide sea views. Sunday lunch is also available every week, with private dining subject to booking.
The Jetty in our landmark Southampton hotel combines exquisite dining with modern architecture and a spacious, open-air terrace. Like Christchurch, it has earned its reputation as a place to gather for food and drink with friends.
